The current owner purchased in 2019, and has fitted out the interior, the internal space composers of a wheelhouse as you walk in from the stern, solid oak doors to starboard & port, with solid oak framed windows to the exterior, internally the wheelhouse in fitted out in solid oak, need a little work to complete.

From the wheelhouse you walk down some steps to the galley/engine room, the galley is very well sized with open plan space to the saloon, the u shaped style galley is also fitted in solid oak cabinets, with solid oak work surfaces, the galley has a full size 5 burner stainless steel hob, washing machine/tumble dryer & fridge freezer, the galley houses a 12KWh Boreal pellet burning stove.
The saloon houses a full size l shaped leather settee and coffee table and chair and mahogany laminated flooring throughout.

From the saloon the are to levels, a lower level housing a large room for storing the essentials, and the higher level takes you the the main bedroom, where there's a full size free standing king size solid oak bed, with drawer storage all down the port side, with some solid oak stairs leading up to the outside deck area.

Carrying on through the bedroom to the bow of the vessel, you come to the stunning large bathroom, housing a 1500mm x 900mm shower area, cassette toilet, and 800 vanity sink unit, with ample storage on the starboard side with solid oak built in cupboards.

You have 240 volt sockets throughout and lighting.
