The Triana Tropica 25 evolved from the offshore racing powerboat Trident, well known for finishing a famously rough Cowes-Torquay race in 1966. The hulls were moulded by Tyler Boat Company and fitted out at Trident Marine until the 1970's when Triana Marine took over and produced a further 10 boats . This is one of the later hulls, built in 1980 and then fully refitted in 1997 and it appears she's been well cared for ever since.
