38ft Narrowboat, Cruiser Stern, built in 1977, fitted out by present owner, she is fitted with a Lister ST2-W 21Hp Air cooled engine, this engine was fitted in 2021 only having done 100 hours, it has a push button electric start, engine runs perfectly, new gearbox and propshaft fitted recently, the boat was out of the water in October this year for blacking, the last hull survey was done in 2021, which states all the hull steel structure is in good condition, the boat is fitted with a Cointra instant hot water LPG gas boiler, it has a Montrose 5Kw Multifuel stove for heating the cabin area, in the galley it is equipped with 4 burner free standing oven and grill, which runs of the gas system, you have a 12volt Frigidaire undercounter free standing fridge with ice box, you have a bathroom that houses a large shower tray, using a whale gulper 12 volt shower pump for drainage, the shower tray can accommodate a cassette toilet, also a hand basin is fitted, you have a double berth at the bow of the boat, that also makes up into a dinette, it has doors onto the bow deck, which has a canopy cover fitted, the electrical system on the boat consists of 1500 watt pure sin wave inverter, 2 x 100watt solar panels with 15amp Victron MPPT, Victron 30amp Smart charger from shoreline, 16 amp shoreline connection, 4 way AC distribution board, with 240 volt sockets throughout the boat with built in USB's also a portable 2Kw petrol generator included, it also has a portable table top twin tub washing machine, very clean inside and out, recently painted throughout.
